Texas Tower, located at 845 Texas Avenue, is Hines Development's newest flagship property in Downtown Houston. Developed in collaboration with real estate investor Ivanhoé Cambridge, the 47-story tower sits on the former site of the Houston Chronicle.

The property was built according to Hines highest standards, meets LEED® Platinum and WiredScore and WELL™ Building Standards and boasts impressive features such as sky atriums, Class-AA office space, double height lobbies on each floor, an illuminated crown and tenant-only rooftop gardens.

B&D Landscape Contractors is proud to have provided landscape and hardscape services for this innovative project. The full scope of work includes:

Ground Level

• Tile and paver work on all surfaces surrounding the property, including stairs, walkways and pedestrian ramps
• Addition of site furnishings, bike racks and tree grates
• Installation of all irrigation and drainage systems
• Complete landscape package

Level 12 Amenity Deck

• Site furnishings and installation of davits storage boxes built by Renfrow+Co.
• Installation of all irrigation and drainage systems
• Complete landscape package
