Fifth & West is a bespoke collection of custom private residences located in downtown Austin, Texas. Situated within a 39-story high rise building, Fifth & West is the seventh tallest tower in Austin, and is composed entirely of residential units.

Completed in 2019, B&D Landscape Contractors partnered with Rogers O'Brien Construction to produce all hardscape and landscape services for this project, our first in the Austin market.

Scope

Level 1

• Full hardscape and landscape package
• Hardscape services included the installation of pedestrian paving, sidewalks, site furnishings, bike racks and tree grates.
• Landscape services included full irrigation, drainage and landscaping.

Pool Deck

• Hardscape installation featured pavers, architectural concrete, fire pits, outdoor kitchens, site furnishings, planter pots, custom benches and all tile around the deck.
• Landscape package included 100% of irrigation and drainage, as well installation of all soils and plants.
