The Woodlands adds another state-of-the-art corporate anchor on Lakeside Drive, Chevron Phillips Chemical HQ! Our team delivered a comprehensive landscape and softscape package across the sprawling corporate grounds.

Our scope focused heavily on establishing a lush outdoor environment that integrates with the building's architecture. Over a six-month construction window, our field crew planted more than 100 new trees across the campus, complementing them with a variety of shrubs and ground cover. We also installed a fully functional commercial irrigation system configured to match the new plant layouts.

Beyond the extensive softscape installations, we added several hardscape features to elevate the outdoor communal areas for employees. We handled the complete turnkey installation of a custom water fountain at the main entrance, placed natural accent boulders, and laid down clean footprints of decorative gravel and artificial turf. To round out the open-air spaces, our team also furnished and installed the campus site furnishings.

Our collaboration with Toney Construction and Halff to transform this construction site into an inviting space for the team on the campus was truly a team effort. We are incredibly proud of the environment we built together for Chevron Phillips and their team!
