Stephanie’s path into construction started during her time at the University of Houston, where she took a part-time job as a roofing coordinator and scheduler. Through internships across supply chain operations, warehouse management, and project coordination, she discovered a passion for the dynamic nature of the industry. Bringing certified expertise in Microsoft and PowerPoint, she pairs a keen eye for organization with a natural curiosity for research and sourcing.
Best described as calm, sweet, and a firecracker, Stephanie excels at staying composed under high-stress conditions, bringing positive energy and sharp problem-solving to every job site. Driven by her goal to step up as a full Project Manager at B&D, she is focused on managing her own projects and spending more time in the field.

My overall goal with B&D over the next few years is to be promoted to project manager. Currently, I want to visit job sites more often and successfully run my own small project within this year.
