Monica Martinez is a returning B&D champ who came back to work for us after a 10-year hiatus. She previously worked as part of our accounting team, and currently serves as Project & Office Administrator. Her role has a strong focus on contract administration. With a straightforward, methodical approach to work, Monica acts as a conduit between our project management team, accounting department, and clients to ensure a seamless experience for all parties. When not at work, you can catch Monica serving at her church and the Houston Food Bank.

I'm always gathering information and stories, and I find that if you go in and ask questions and don't pretend like you know everything, people are more excited to show you things.”
