Austin Voelkel serves as Estimator on our Contractors team. After graduating from Louisiana State University Shreveport, where he played college baseball, he earned his stripes in the construction industry as a mechanical estimator. Austin came on board with us in 2024, and currently handles all estimating needs within the Contractors realm; he routinely bids out work for amenity centers, parks, and other large-scale outdoor commercial projects in the Greater Houston area. When not at work, you’ll most likely find him cruising in the Jeep-style hot rod he built with his dad.

Probably Cedar trees. The smell is really nice.
