In the heart of Houston lies Rone Residences, a new twelve-story luxury apartment community in the coveted River Oaks/Upper Kirby neighborhood. Working with Hoar Construction and Ziegler Cooper, our team spearheaded key hardscape and landscape services, shaping the amenity spaces that make this boutique-style development stand out.

The scope of our work spanned several levels of the upscale property, starting with the Ground Level, where we amped up the welcome experience for residents through beautiful entryway tile. Plush landscaping was added along the sidewalks that wind along the property, adding greenery to the neutral backdrop of the building’s exterior. This floor also features a pet spa and a dog park for pet owners, extending the luxury experience to four-legged friends of the residents. 

Much of our work took place on Level Four, designed to be a resort-style oasis. Our team handled nearly all of the hardscape installation on this amenity deck, as well as the pool build, a first for us. This included trim tile around the pool, pavers and tiles, synthetic turf, and planters that create a lush and relaxing space. While jacuzzis are standard fare for most residential properties, Rone Residences features a modern twist – two jacuzzis on site, one of which is a cold plunge tub. The amenity deck also includes pavilions, cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, and a fireplace for residents to enjoy.

Lastly, we had a light scope on Level Twelve, where we built private outdoor areas for suites with pavers and synthetic turf, providing residents their own green spaces with incredible views of the city.
