The Position:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Estimator to join our team! In this role, you’ll coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, track bid invitations, and support the estimating process. Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and mathematical skills are key to keeping bids accurate and on schedule, while helping the team succeed. The position plays a key role in supporting the estimating team through consistent subcontractor follow-up, verification of bid participation, conducting proactive phone calls, and assisting with all other duties as assigned.
