Estimator Lee Clark joined our team in 2023, bringing 12 years of previous construction estimating experience with him. Though much of his day-to-day work takes place behind the scenes, Lee plays a pivotal role in winning new business for B&D. He works closely with our General Contractors team in bidding on large-scale projects such as parks and amenity centers.
What is your favorite tree or plant?
I like the beauty of flowers, and so, come summertime, I love seeing those tree-form Crepe Myrtles that are just loaded with color.
What is your favorite outdoor space?
I love parks! I like to jog and often go up to The Woodlands Waterway. It’s got great landscaping and hardscaping and has such nice scenery to jog to.
What does it mean to you to be a solutionist?
Problem solvers are so important. The person I strive to be is someone who can solve my client’s problem. Because if you can solve someone’s problem, you’re a hero. It’s very important to have that mindset and not just kick it down to someone else.
